4. Invoices & Payment Terms
4.1 Business Customers
• iQTEL issue invoices to business customers registered as a legal entity in Australia.
• Invoices are due within 14 calendar days. Payment must be made via bank transfer using the details provided on the invoice.
4.2 Late Payments
• If you miss the payment deadline, a 10% late fee will apply.
• We may refer overdue accounts to a debt collection agency unless prior arrangements are made.
4.3 Residential Customer Payments
• Residential customers must pay upon service completion.
• Accepted payment methods: credit card (via the technician’s mobile device), online via credit card, or PayPal before service.
• We do not accept cash payments. Please ensure funds are available to avoid delays.
5. Consumer Guarantee
All products we sell comply with Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation. If goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards, you may request a repair or replacement. We are committed to resolving issues efficiently.
6. Call-Out Fee & Pricing Structure
6.1 Minimum Call-Out Fee
• We charge a minimum call-out fee of $99 (including GST) to cover time, travel, and expenses.
• This fee applies if you choose not to proceed with our service after assessment.
6.2 Standard Installation & Additional Charges
• Our prices include one hour of labor. Jobs requiring extra time are charged $25 per additional 15 minutes.
• Standard installation applies to a single-story brick house with a tiled roof and cabling through an external wall cavity.
• If additional work is required, charges will be adjusted accordingly.
7. Electronic Communications
By using our Site or contacting us via email, you agree to receive communications electronically. We will send updates via email or post notices on the Site. These electronic communications fulfill any legal written communication requirements.
8. Service Eligibility & User Responsibilities
We reserve the right to terminate your service or deny access to any of our products without notice.

• If we have already purchased non-refundable parts for your job, you will be charged for those items.
Returns & Refunds
• Refunds are provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.
• If we do not complete a service call, a $99 fee (including GST) will be charged to cover travel costs.
